1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bookloom.online (the "Site") and any products purchased through it, operated by SOLVANTA LLC ("Book Loom", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bookloom.online of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products and Delivery

  • All products are digital and delivered electronically via download link, email, or account dashboard.
  • No physical item will be shipped.
  • Delivery is normally immediate after payment is confirmed. If it is delayed, contact support@bookloom.online.
  • Download links may expire or be limited in the number of permitted downloads. Save your file after purchase.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed by third-party processors. We do not store your full card details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a violation of these Terms is identified.

6. License to Use Purchased Content

Upon full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or redistribute the content in any form

Violation of this section terminates your license immediately and may expose you to legal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction and venue.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Please review this page periodically.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
