Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — General Policy
All products sold on bookloom.online are digital goods (ebooks, PDFs, and other downloadable files). Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final except in the circumstances described below.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the digital content and expressly waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to digital downloads.
2. When We Do Issue Refunds
We will refund your order in full if any of the following apply:
- Non-delivery. You did not receive your download link or file within 24 hours of purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
- Corrupted or unreadable file. The file will not open or is damaged, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 5 business days.
- Wrong product delivered. You received a different product than the one you purchased and a correct replacement is not available.
- Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Unauthorized transaction. The purchase was made without your authorization and is confirmed as fraudulent.
3. When We Do Not Issue Refunds
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind, or a decision that you no longer want or need the product.
- Failure to read the product description, table of contents, or preview before purchasing.
- Claims that the content did not meet personal expectations, was too basic, or was too advanced.
- Accidental purchase where the file has already been downloaded or accessed.
- Device, software, or compatibility issues on your side (e.g., no PDF reader installed, insufficient storage).
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- Products obtained through a free promotion, bundle giveaway, or discount code with a stated no-refund condition.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@bookloom.online with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number
- The reason for the request, with screenshots if the issue is technical
We respond to all requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days. We do not control that timeline.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account and email address being permanently blocked from future purchases. We reserve the right to submit purchase records, download logs, and IP data to the payment processor in response to any dispute.
